Thank you Leon's Hamilton for a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. I had ordered a futon from The Brick in August 2020 with an anticipated delivery date of Oct 10 2020. While I get the whole Covid delay thing, the anticipated delivery date kept getting postponed every 2 weeks. Finally I cancelled my order with the Brick when they said delivery would be end of January 2021 and went to Leon's on Dec 3 and dealt with Priyank Vivadekar who was wonderful!!! She told me the futon I wanted was in stock and Leon's would be in touch with me within 2 weeks to arrange delivery. Guess what? Leon's was in touch with me within 2 weeks, as promised, and delivery took place today just in time for Christmas!!! The delivery communication was on time and slick and so smooth and professional. I am so grateful and will always shop Leon's first in the future. So so happy my son has a bed ...these are difficult times right now but I so appreciated the commitment to time lines and promises that Leons kept
