I ordered a coffee table from Leon's and picked it up in store a few days later. i mostly just cared that the pickup details were clear and that the table wasn’t damaged, and both were totally fine. The email told me exactly when it was ready, so I didn’t have to keep checking or wonder what was going on. When I got there, I parked near the warehouse door, gave them my order number, and they had the box out in about 10 minutes. I didn’t really pay attention to much else because it was all straightforward. The box looked good, the staff were friendly, and they helped load it into my SUV. Overall, it went smoother than I expected. I’d definitely do store pickup again...

It did take a few days to hear back, but once they responded, they arranged a repair smoothly. The repair guy did a solid job, it all seemed to be handled the right way. No arguing, no big runaround, so overall I’m happy with the experience.

That said, the furniture still feels sturdy and reliable for what I paid, so I’d give it 4 stars...

This is really comfy, I end up falling asleep on it a lot. i think it’s worth choosing something that actually helps you rest well instead of just settling for whatever. No regrets so far.
